I am a licensed Loan Officer in the state of Illinois and write loans through a mortgage bank called C/U America in Lombard, IL......a credit union owned mortgage bank.

This site is a one-stop shop for all your real estate needs. By that I mean I will do everything possible to help you. Most real estate agents limit themselves and their clients by learning limited part of the real estate world and only service clients who may fall into their limited profile. I make it a point to find out what YOU need and do everything I reasonably can to help YOU. This has empowered me to help a wide range of client who usually get turned away from other agents and get closed out of the real estate market.
During the past 13 years I have been an experienced real estate investor, landlord, homeowner, real estate broker. mortgage loan officer, and have rehabed numerous properties including residential, commercial multi-unit, and commercial mixed use. I have done transactions both domestically and overseas. I make sure my clients always receive far superior services than they would from other agents.
